What am I paying for?
A flat monthly subscription for the software, plus all-in payment fees when rent is collected through Dreamyhaus. Those payment fees already include Stripe processing.
Who pays the rent fees?
You choose whether tenants see fees at checkout or you absorb them. Either way, the rate you see on your plan is the all-in rate.
Why is Starter $10?
One property, predictable cost — cheap enough to try, enough to keep the product sustainable. Upgrade when you add more doors.
Is this per-unit pricing?
No. Plans are flat monthly by property/tenant limits — not $X per door. That keeps costs predictable as you add units inside a plan.
